Personal Training

Chad pursued an education in personal training in 2014 in order to further his knowledge of the human body. Specific strengthening and increased efficiency of movement are two important factors often limiting a person's full potential.


Chad combines his unique knowledge of Yoga and massage into his training sessions, often providing new insight and strategies to deal with persistent aches and pains.  This has allowed many of his clients to get back to the activities they love without fear of injury.
